Hey beauties!
Hope you’ve had a great start to your week! We just celebrated 30 weeks this past Friday, time feels like it’s just flying by and baby will be here soon! With that being said, I thought it’d be fun to share some of my pregnancy must-haves, specifically comfy clothing that I’ve being wearing on repeat! I hope this can help you if you’re pregnant and also looking for some comfy, versatile pieces to have in your closet! I linked the items below so you’re able to click the photo to shop!
Align Leggings from Lululemon. Now these are a pricer pair of leggings, but 100% worth it in my opinion. I wear aligns almost every day, most of the time it’s the first thing I throw on in the morning or my first pair of leggings I reach for when getting ready to workout! I have both the 28″ and the 25″ and I prefer the 25″ based on where it hits my ankle. These are buttery soft leggings, very high rise waist, comfy to hang out in or I also love working out in them! So far, I’d recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes for pregnancy.
These comfy pajamas. I snagged this set from the Nordstrom sale this year and I couldn’t believe how comfy they are! I ordered my pre-pregnancy size and they fit perfectly and have continued to stay comfy as I’ve grown. I wear the waist at my waist, not above my bump. The top is a button-down which is also super soft and will be great for breastfeeding. I also found this set, a look for less option and the quality feels just as good, so I snagged this one is the shorts version for the warmer nights.
Spanx Mama Faux Leather Leggings. So I’m a big fan of the Spanx faux leather leggings in the fall, but once I got their maternity faux leather leggings, I started wearing them all the time! The belly band is so comfy and wearing them around the house or out, elevates a casual look and I’m excited to be able to continue to wear this style into fall and winter. I like that with these, you can get your pre-pregnancy size because the belly band will grow with you during pregnancy so you can wear them postpartum as well.
While we’re talking about Spanx š their maternity jeans are another one of my favorites! The belly band is soft and able to grow with you and as you grow in pregnancy and overall the jeans are just really nice and comfortable! I have the black pair, I tend to wear quite a bit more black jeans in fall and winter, but they also come in blue jeans and white!
These workout leggings from Amazon. They under $30, come in a lot of color and they’re super comfy! I ordered my same pre-pregnancy size and they still fit comfy with the belly band, great affordable option for leggings to workout in but I also wear them casual around the house or running errands.
Maternity Tee Shirts. Below are two faves so far, both tees are super comfy and affordable and I like that I have a higher neck tee and a scoop option. These are great for layering and I’m always throwing these on with leggings or maternity jeans.
This bra from Aerie. I’ve been wearing this style bra for about a year or so and I love it! It’s extremely comfy, great for all types of shirts, dresses, etc. there’s no lace or weird detail that’s going to show through clothing. Also included below some of my favorite underwear from Aerie, they’re seamless and have been extra comfy for pregnancy.
The Free People button-down I’m always wearing. It’s been a long time favorite item in my closet but I’ve noticed I reach for it even more now! A pricer top but well worth it in my opinion. It’s a great layering piece but also cute worn button downed paired with leggings or biker shorts for a comfy, casual look. I think this top is also going to be an awesome top to wear for easy access when breastfeeding. It fits oversized so I would order your true size or if you’d prefer it smaller, I’d size down. I have my true size for the oversized fit, see picture below for reference! Also included a few other favorite layering pieces from FP.
Graphic Tees. I love pairing graphic tees with skirts, over dresses, or paired with leggings or jeans! Super simple look to throw together and an easy way to transition some of your summer dresses to fall or just get more wear out of your dresses and skirts.
Bodycon dress from Amazon. This dress has been a closet staple for sure, especially being pregnant through the summer and into fall. It’s under $25, comfortable and comes in a ton of colors. Love wearing this layered with a button down or jacket, under a graphic tee or worn by itself. I have my pre-pregnancy size in two colors and there’s lots of stretch, so it’s great for before, during and after pregnancy, the ruching detail is very flattering. Also linked another favorite dress from Nordstrom that’s long sleeve and so flattering, another great layering piece for fall and winter.
I’ve been loving these leggings from H&M, they’re super affordable and comfy. It’s a maternity style and goes over the bump. They’re ribbed, have a little flare to them at the bottom. I usually wear them pretty casual around the house but also cute dressed up with a sweater or graphic tee. Also linked a few of my other H&M favorites during pregnancy so far.
I hope this helps if you’re expecting and looking for some good closet staples to make your outfit choices a little easier for the bump š If I think of anything else, I’ll add as we go!
xoxo,
Brandy
Hi! All of these maternity clothes are so cute! Where did you get the denim jacket in the main photo from?
Thanks!
Sara
Hi Sara! Thank you so much! The denim jacket with the sherpa is a few years old, but I linked a few updated ones here! https://ltk.app.link/vS1JQJqkGqb
